Booking Policy
To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all our clients and team, please review the following booking and cancellation terms before booking your appointment
Booking & Deposit Policy
All appointments require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to secure your booking.
Payment is required within 24 hours of booking confirmation. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your appointment will be released.
Deposits can be paid via bank transfer, Pay ID or Timely.
Medical Suitability
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you are not eligible for treatment.
If you are sick, have taken a vaccine or a due to fly within 2 weeks of your appointment we will not proceed with treatment and your deposit will not be refunded.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule within less than 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
No-shows and late cancellations will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled at the discretion of our team, and your deposit forfeited. This is to ensure fairness and adequate time for all clients.
